Deck overview

Juri, Master of the Revue commands an explosive Rakdos Aristocrats deck that converts sacrificed permanents into lethal burst damage. The primary game plan revolves around casting Juri early and accelerating counter growth by sacrificing creature tokens, fetchlands, and Treasures generated by cards like Deadly Dispute, Pitiless Plunderer, and Black Market Connections. As Juri grows, the deck threatens opponents through massive combat attacks, direct flings via Fling, Thud, and Soul's Fire, or table-wide wipe spells like Chandra's Ignition and Rupture. In addition to tall commander damage, the deck runs a redundant suite of aristocrat drain pieces, including Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, and Marionette Apprentice, which continuously drain opposing life totals. An infinite combo between Animation Module, Ashnod's Altar, and Juri provides an alternate game-ending loop. While vulnerable to exile removal and enchantment-based threats, the deck maintains high velocity through abundant sacrifice-based draw spells and rapid recovery engines.
