Deck overview

This mono-white deck leverages Odric, Lunarch Marshal to synthesize a lethal, evasive army out of modular keyword creatures while choking opposing development with disruptive hatebears. By constructing the entire nonland suite out of creatures, the deck completely breaks parity on ubiquitous tax effects like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Archon of Emeria, and Glowrider, which stall spell-heavy opponents while leaving this deck's development unimpeded. In combat, Odric unifies individual traits like double strike from Adorned Pouncer, evasion from flying angels, and protection from Bastion Protector across the entire squad. The absence of traditional mana rocks and noncreature instant interaction creates vulnerabilities against mass exile and turbo combo wins, but steady curve deployment and relentless keyword combat present a robust clock in creature-centric environments.
