Deck overview

Captain America, Team Leader commands an aggressive Jeskai Hero tribal deck that overwhelms opponents through fast combat and scaling +1/+1 counters. The primary game plan revolves around casting Captain America early to grant every subsequent Hero creature haste, vigilance, and permanent power buffs the turn they enter. As the battlefield expands, the deck leverages modified creature synergies like double strike from War Machine, Avenging Arsenal and extra card draw from SP//dr and Biorganic Carapace. Games are closed out either by delivering massive burst combat damage through anthem effects like Coat of Arms and Heroes' Podium or by resolving asymmetric board clearers like Wave Goodbye and Raise the Palisade to swing unhindered.
