Lamplight Commandos by HumdrumDemon

Format: Commander

Commander: MacCready, Lamplight Mayor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

MacCready, Lamplight Mayor leads an aggressive Orzhov swarm that uses skulk to send a tide of 1-2 power creatures past blockers. The deck piles up poison counters from toxic/infect bodies and Mite tokens, while attack-trigger drain from Commissar Severina Raine and Campaign of Vengeance chips all three opponents at once. Card advantage comes from Tymna, Mindblade Render, and Commissar's activated ability. A backup package of life-halving effects (Quietus Spike, Unstoppable Slasher, Virtus the Veiled), Angel of Destiny, and Halo Fountain provides alternative paths to end the game. The commander is a value engine that makes the army unblockable but is not essential to the overall plan.
