Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger #1 by Cardiak

Commander: Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger

Deck overview

This is an Izzet "cast from exile" value deck helmed by Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger. The primary game plan is to connect with the commander in combat, exile the top two cards of the library, and then cast a Hero or noncreature spell from among them for free. The deck is packed with high-mana-value instants and sorceries that become degenerate when cheated out this way: extra-combat spells (Savage Beating, Great Train Heist) chain additional attacks and triggers, while game-ending haymakers (Insurrection, Blatant Thievery, Aminatou's Augury) close out the table. A deep suite of payoffs for casting from exile (Nalfeshnee, Nico Minoru, Runaway, Passionate Archaeologist, Wild-Magic Sorcerer, Wanda's Vision) turns each exile-cast into massive advantage or damage. The deck wins by overwhelming the table with free spells, repeated combat steps, and incremental value from its exile engine.
