Commander: The Reaper, King No More

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Jund -1/-1 counter deck built around The Reaper, King No More. It clears opposing creatures with wither and counter effects, then converts every death into snakes, insects, card draw, and stolen permanents. The primary plan is a sacrifice/token engine using Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, Yawgmoth, Nest of Scarabs, and Blowfly Infestation; the secondary plan is a clean Gravecrawler plus Warren Soultrader plus Blood Artist/Zulaport drain loop. Hapatra acts as a hidden commander and amplifies most counter lines. The Reaper provides repeatable theft and recursion, but every combo in the list is assembled from the ninety-nine, so the deck can win without ever resolving it.
