Deck overview

Kotis, the Fangkeeper is a Sultai voltron theft deck. It equips Kotis with unblockable and protection, grows his power, and uses his combat damage trigger to exile and cast opponents' spells for free. Felix Five-Boots and Roaming Throne double that trigger for explosive value. Mutate creatures like Brokkos, Gemrazer and Auspicious Starrix stack onto Kotis for trample, removal and card advantage while clones and Vesuvan Duplimancy multiply threats. The deck wins through 21 commander damage and stolen spells, with mutate beatdown as a backup. Felix acts as a hidden commander that turns each hit into a double theft.
