This Mardu deck utilizes Caesar, Legion's Emperor to spearhead an aggressive token swarm and aristocrat strategy. Early turns focus on establishing mana fixing and deploying low-cost fodder creatures or mobilize threats such as Garrison Cat, Zurgo, Thunder's Decree, and Boomer Scrapper.
