Liesa Gain Drain by mmmaaagggiiiccc

Format: Commander

Commander: Liesa, Forgotten Archangel

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Liesa, Forgotten Archangel leads an Orzhov lifegain drain deck that wins by turning life gained into damage. The primary plan stacks gain triggers from Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, and Authority of the Consuls with drain effects like Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Enduring Tenacity, Marauding Blight-Priest, and Starscape Cleric, then closes with Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror for an infinite loop. Liesa provides recursion and graveyard hate, returning your creatures each end step while exiling opponents' creatures. Secondary paths grind with Celestine, the Living Saint, Dawn of Hope, and Well of Lost Dreams for card advantage and tokens. No single hidden commander exists; the deck functions as a distributed lifegain engine.
