This Izzet Spellslinger deck is commanded by Vivi Ornitier, turning every noncreature spell into table-wide direct damage and massive mana generation through its power-scaling mana activation. The deck accelerates in the early turns using cost-reducers like Stormcatch Mentor and Ral, Monsoon Mage alongside 2-CMC mana rocks.
