Deck overview

This is a mono-black Equipment Voltron deck helmed by Gollum, Scheming Guide. The plan is to deploy cheap unblockable bodies (or Gollum himself), suit them with a dense Equipment package, and close via commander damage, infect poison, or one-shot finishers like Vorpal Sword and Quietus Spike. Gollum's attack trigger provides free scry-selection plus conditional card draw and unblockability, making him both the premier Voltron carrier and a modest advantage engine. Secondary angles include Gollum, Obsessed Stalker draining the table off lifegain triggers, attrition via edicts and will-of-the-council discard, and raw combat from swamp-pump Equipment such as Lashwrithe and Nightmare Lash. The deck forgoes infinite combos entirely, relying on resilient combat inevitability and a thick protection suite to grind out multiplayer games.
