Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads a fast Izzet spellslinger-storm deck. Her one-shot ability converts +1/+1 counters into U/R mana, while every noncreature spell adds a counter and pings all opponents. The core plan is to pump Vivi with cheap tricks, chain cantrips and rituals, then win with a storm spell or an infinite Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity loop. Underworld Breach with Brain Freeze and Storm-Kiln Artist provides a deterministic mill kill, and Hullbreaker Horror offers a mana-loop backup. The commander accelerates and drains, but she is not the only path: tutors and a very low curve let the deck pivot among these independent lines.
