New Untitled Deck by Vanitas.

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Impenetrable

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos treasure-dragon combo deck built around Smaug the Impenetrable. The primary plan is to ramp into Smaug, then damage him with repeatable enchantments such as Pestilence and Pyrohemia, converting each point of noncombat damage into Treasures. Those Treasures are then converted into life loss through Mirkwood Bats, Reckless Fireweaver, and Mayhem Devil. The other Smaug legends and value dragons are support pieces; Hellkite Tyrant offers an alternate artifact-count win, and commander damage is a tertiary beatdown path. Tutors and looting find the engine, while free interaction protects it.
