Deck overview

Nethroi, Apex of Death leads a Wolf-tribal mutate shell. The primary plan is to stock the graveyard with cheap or value creatures, cast Nethroi for its normal cost, then mutate a cheaper creature onto it to trigger mass reanimation of up to 10 total power. Wolf token synergies (Hollowhenge Overlord, Chief Warg's Company, Howling Moon) and anthems then turn that board into a wide attack, usually finished by Return of the Wildspeaker. Secondary paths are Living Death/Patriarch's Bidding mass recursion and mutate payoffs like Auspicious Starrix or Dirge Bat. There is no DFC commander; the Tolsimir and Chief Warg legends are alternative payoffs rather than a hidden commander.
