Counter Intelligence upgrade by Pappironni

Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind helms a Jeskai artifact-proliferate deck that leverages its commander's haste and tap-trigger to accelerate charge counters every turn. The deck's core engine revolves around stacking counters on permanents like Darksteel Reactor, All Will Be One, and Magistrate's Scepter, then multiplying them through multiple proliferate effects each turn (Inexorable Tide, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Patrolling Peacemaker, Thrummingbird). Wins come from the Reactor's twenty-counter alt-condition, direct damage from All Will Be One, or infinite turns from a charged Scepter. Heavy artifact synergy provides mana acceleration (Sol Ring, Everflowing Chalice, Empowered Autogenerator) and massive draw (Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, Insight Engine, Universal Surveillance). The deck also has a solid combat path via creature-lands like Cyberdrive Awakener and Threefold Thunderhulk.
