Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Izzet storm and burn strategy commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi turns every noncreature spell into growing power, ritual mana, and global opponent damage. The deck leverages damage-triggered draw engines like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout: because Vivi deals noncombat damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, each spell draws three fresh cards. This card velocity feeds cheap cantrips, rituals, and Treasure generators like Storm-Kiln Artist, generating an explosive storm sequence that burns the entire table down in a single turn. Amplifiers such as Fiery Inscription, Guttersnipe, and Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might drastically reduce the storm count needed for lethal damage, while Crackle with Power provides a high-mana alternate finish. A dense package of 1-mana counterspells and protective bounce spells keeps Vivi alive through the critical assembly window.
