Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Sisay is a five-color legendary-tutor engine, and the deck is built to chain her into Maralen of the Mornsong, Mornsong Aria, and Ob Nixilis, Unshackled, turning every opponent's draw step into a life-loss/search loop. Esika and cheap two-color legends provide the WUBRG spine; Sisay puts Maralen and Aria directly onto the battlefield, while Maralen's draw-step search finds Ob Nixilis. Secondary paths use group-search effects with Archivist of Oghma and Aven Mindcensor, plus theft effects like Bribery, Acquire, and Praetor's Grasp to borrow wins. There is no double-faced commander; the deck's hidden engine is the three-card draw-step lock. Without Sisay, the plan loses most of its assembly speed.
