Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Outlaw midrange strategy commanded by Laughing Jasper Flint. The primary game plan revolves around flooding the board with synergistic Outlaw creature types (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks) to turn the commander into an explosive card-advantage engine. By exiling cards from opponents' libraries each upkeep and casting them with flexible mana, the deck continuously expands its resource pool without depleting its hand. Combat-focused payoffs such as Grim Hireling, Vaan, Street Thief, and Gonti, Night Minister fuel extra mana and card flow. Heavy finishers like Gisa, the Hellraiser, Rottenmouth Viper, and Vein Ripper apply scaling board presence and life loss to grind opponents down. The list supports this proactive game plan with a dense package of efficient Rakdos spot removal, high-impact hate pieces like Opposition Agent, and multi-creature reanimation to maintain momentum through attrition.
