I want to go home by 3lemelon5

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Izzet storm deck uses Vivi Ornitier as a mana engine and ping outlet. You cast cheap noncreature spells to grow Vivi, then tap him for mana equal to his power to chain more spells. The main win is a storm loop with Underworld Breach, Brain Freeze, and Lotus Petal that generates infinite storm and Vivi triggers to ping all opponents, or Grapeshot for lethal. Thassa's Oracle provides a backup win after you mill yourself with Brain Freeze. Birgi and Storm-Kiln Artist act as hidden engines that add mana per spell. The deck plays like a cEDH Breach storm list that can win without Vivi but accelerates sharply when he sticks.
