Commander: Círdan the Shipwright

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Simic deck is a high-mana-value value-engine helmed by Cirdan the Shipwright. Its primary plan is to ramp aggressively through a dozen land-search spells, then dominate the board with massive creatures, recurrent flicker effects, and clone copy loops that multiply ETB triggers. The commander itself acts as a political card-flow engine - each opponent votes, and every player draws for each vote they cast, while the voter who received no votes gets to put a permanent onto the battlefield. The deck leans heavily on Panharmonicon, Conjurer's Closet, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, and Displacer Kitten to replay ETB value every turn. It has no compact combo, ultimately aiming to drown the table in card advantage and overwhelming board presence. Winning turns can come from a dense pile of big beaters (Sandwurm Convergence, Hornet Queen, Terastodon) that eventually overwhelm through combat. The companion Keruga, the Macrosage forces the deck to contain only cards of mana value 3 or more, which keeps the curve high but ensures every draw spell scales accordingly.
