Thorin's Company by Nohands404

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin Oakenshield

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarves + Equipment tribal deck helmed by Thorin Oakenshield, whose main contribution is a global ward {1} on all artifacts and creatures once the "Storied" condition (three or more artifacts, legendaries, and/or Sagas) is met. The plan is straightforward midrange aggro: flood the board with Dwarves, suit them up with Equipment, and win through combat - either a wide Shared Animosity/anthem swing or a tall, suited-up beater backed by Scourge of the Throne extra combats. Secondary lines include a token swarm from An Unexpected Party and Skyline Despot, plus a theft finisher in Call for Aid. The deck is heavily tribal-synergy driven, with Bifur, Melodic Rider doubling Dwarf triggers and Bruenor Battlehammer turning Equipment into raw power, but it lacks any premium tutor or fast-mana engine to accelerate its clock.
