Commander: Kotis, the Fangkeeper

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Sultai Voltron-theft list built around Kotis, the Fangkeeper. The plan is simple and linear: ramp into the 4-mana indestructible 2/1, suit him with cheap evasion and pump, connect, and exile the top X of an opponent's library so you can cast those spells for free. Fourteen Equipment and seven Auras, backed by combat tricks, turn that small body into a commander-damage clock, while Felix Five-Boots, Satoru, the Infiltrator, Gonti, Night Minister, Tasha, the Witch Queen, and Ancient Cellarspawn convert each connection into doubled triggers, cards, treasures, tokens, and drain. There are no infinite combos and no alternate commander-independent finishers; wins are 21 commander damage, a stolen board, or Cellarspawn life loss. Kotis, the Fangkeeper is the entire engine - without a connection the theft plan never turns on, and the 99 is a pile of suits and interaction waiting for him.
