Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Rakdos outlaw tribal and impulse-theft engine led by Laughing Jasper Flint. The primary game plan deploys cheap outlaws like Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks alongside fast mana during the opening turns. Once Laughing Jasper Flint enters the battlefield, it scales aggressively by exiling cards from opposing libraries during each upkeep proportional to your outlaw count, fixing mana to cast stolen spells. The deck turns card advantage into a win condition by pairing exile casts with direct burn from Passionate Archaeologist and Nico Minoru, Runaway, token swarms from Gisa, the Hellraiser, and combat acceleration from Hellspur Posse Boss and Great Train Heist. Free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick shields the commander while maintaining tempo. While vulnerable to heavy board wipes and reliant on opponent deck quality, the deck generates high card flow and sustained mid-game pressure.
