Deck overview

This is a Temur cascade-value deck built to extract maximum power from Maelstrom Wanderer's double cascade. The plan is straightforward: ramp aggressively in the early turns, cast Maelstrom Wanderer as early as possible, and let his two cascade triggers chain into haymakers like Apex Devastator, Etali, Primal Conqueror, and Genesis Ultimatum. The commander's blanket haste turns every creature this deck cheats out into an immediate threat, and the cascade chains grow larger thanks to Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty and Quandrix, the Proof granting additional cascade to high-mana spells. The deck's secondary plan is to simply deploy enormous threats - Terror of the Peaks, Pathbreaker Ibex, Warstorm Surge - and run over opponents with overwhelming board presence. It is intentionally greedy and linear, trading interaction density for raw card-advantage swings.
