Dinos Goin HAM by steviepopo

Format: Commander

Commander: Pantlaza, Sun-Favored

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Naya Dinosaur tribal deck is built to maximize the value engine of Pantlaza, Sun-Favored, whose discover trigger on each entering Dinosaur generates card advantage and board presence. The primary plan is to ramp aggressively in the early turns, then deploy a dense suite of high-power Dinosaurs (Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Zacama, Primal Calamity, Gishath, Sun's Avatar) that overwhelm opponents through trample and repeated combat damage. The deck includes multiple alternative cheat effects (Quicksilver Amulet, Elvish Piper, Descendants' Path, Lurking Predators) to put giant threats into play ahead of curve, and a small package of instant-speed removal (Path to Exile, Generous Gift) and protection (Akroma's Will) to handle the most urgent threats. Wins come almost exclusively from combat; there are no infinite combos. The strategy is straightforward-ramp, resolve a large Dinosaur each turn, turn them sideways, and benefit from the commander's discover value.
