Gandalf, Party Guest by user5924596

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest leads a legendary Wizard tribal deck built around casting high-impact instants and sorceries for free during combat. The commander scales its cheat threshold based on the number of legendary Wizards you control, turning a board of Gandalf variants and spellcasting allies into massive free spell casts. The primary win condition relies on cheating huge spells like Enter the Infinite, Mnemonic Deluge, or Dance with Calamity into play, quickly drawing into Twenty-Toed Toad for an alternate win or swarming opponents with tokens from Descent of the Dragons and Devout Invocation backed by team-wide combat buffs.
