Deck overview

This is a mono-green creature deck centered on Ghalta, Primal Hunger. Mana creatures and Sol Ring accelerate into oversized creatures, which reduce Ghalta, Primal Hunger's cost and create a strong combat board. Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, Beast Whisperer, and Rishkar's Expertise help convert that board into cards, while Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma and Rhonas's Monument reduce creature costs further. The deck can create a credible must-answer attack around turn seven after assembling a large board and casting Ghalta, Primal Hunger around turn six. Its main weakness is the lack of a compact, redundant finish. Combat damage depends on surviving creatures, blockers, haste, and finding a payoff such as Overwhelming Stampede or Unnatural Growth. Interaction is functional but mostly creature, artifact, and enchantment removal. Protection is present but narrow, and recovery after a board wipe is slow.
