Deck overview

This deck is a focused Dimir Combo-Control build helmed by Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator. The primary strategy accelerates into a compact two-card finish utilizing Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation, or alternatively piles constructed via Doomsday. Vohar provides early looting, incidental life drain, and on-demand graveyard recursion for crucial instants and sorceries. A dense suite of two-mana artifact ramp ensures consistent mana development, while premium interaction including Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Deadly Rollick safeguards the combo turn and disrupts opposing wins. Backup win lines revolve around infinite untaps via Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, which allows Vohar to loot through the library and drain the table. Asymmetric resource punishers such as Notion Thief, Narset, Parter of Veils, and Orcish Bowmasters punish opposing draw engines and keep the table under control until the deck executes its decisive turn-4 kill.
