Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is led by Kami of the Crescent Moon. It accelerates card draw across the entire table to fuel its own hand while weaponizing opponents' hand sizes. Early turns deploy Kami alongside low-cost draw artifacts and combat deterrents like Meekstone, Propaganda, and Silent Arbiter. As opponents accumulate cards, attrition pieces such as Viseling, Ebony Owl Netsuke, and Scrawling Crawler inflict steady damage, while Teferi's Puzzle Box and Karn, the Great Creator disrupt opposing planning and artifact mana. The deck protects its setup with efficient countermagic like Fierce Guardianship and Force of Negation, then closes the game through decisive combo lines: milling libraries out with Painter's Servant and Grindstone, self-mill victory with Laboratory Maniac and Paradigm Shift, or deck exhaustion via Forced Fruition.
