Deck overview

This mono-white midrange deck is built around Anti-Venom, Horrifying Healer, utilizing its five-pip casting cost to anchor a resilient combat and damage-redirection strategy. When Anti-Venom enters the battlefield, it reanimates a fallen creature, immediately establishing a two-threat board. Its continuous ability converts all incoming damage into +1/+1 counters, creating powerful synergies with cards like Pariah, With Great Power . . ., and Dawnsire, Sunstar Dreadnought. The deck controls opposing momentum with efficient removal such as Path to Exile, Dispatch, and Farewell, alongside stax pieces like Drannith Magistrate. While the strategy lacks fast-mana acceleration and universal tutors, it compensates with strong functional redundancy, high combat resilience, and independent backup threats including God-Eternal Oketra and Phyrexian Vindicator. It consistently deploys its core on Turn 5, initiates a critical clock on Turn 6, and closes games through decisive combat steps by Turn 8.
