Deck overview

This is a hyper-efficient Dimir Faerie tempo-combo deck helmed by Obyra, Dreaming Duelist. The plan leverages a dense package of cheap flying Faeries, bounce/blink engines, and classic infinite-mana loops to either drain the table via Obyra's ETB trigger or lock the game under overwhelming stack control. Primary wins come from Cloudstone Curio bounce loops, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, and Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake, all backed by elite free interaction and premium tutors. The extremely low curve (AMV 1.93) and cantrip density let the deck develop rapidly while holding up counters. Obyra herself is a cheap flash payoff that turns every Faerie ETB into table-wide drain, but the core combo lines live entirely in the 99 and function without her. Secondary pressure comes from Bitterblossom/Bitterbloom Bearer tokens and Scion of Oona-protected fliers.
