This is a UR coin-flip tempo/combo deck built around the partner pair Okaun, Eye of Chaos and Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom. Okaun is the primary clock: with Krark's Thumb in play, his combat trigger usually triples his power, enabling a one-hit commander-damage kill; Zndrsplt turns those same flips into cards and provides staying power. The deck's secondary paths are a deterministic Edgar, King of Figaro + Squee's Revenge draw/Chance Encounter alternate win and a Tavern Scoundrel treasure engine. Edgar is effectively a hidden commander, and Krark's Thumb is the linchpin.
