general Kreat boltbringer by Crazzymann86

Format: Commander

Commander: General Kreat, the Boltbringer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Mono-Red Goblin tribal deck helmed by General Kreat, the Boltbringer, built around flooding the board with Goblins and converting every creature that enters into damage. The commander doubles as both a token generator (one per attack) and a pinger (1 damage to each opponent per creature entering), which synergizes perfectly with the deck's ETB-damage package: Impact Tremors, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Slash, Reptile Rampager, and Fanatic of Mogis. The primary win conditions are infinite combos - Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Conspicuous Snoop, and Krenko, Mob Boss + Mana Echoes - which produce infinite Goblin tokens and infinite ETB triggers to burn the table out. A secondary plan uses lords and extra combat steps (Aggravated Assault, Relentless Assault) to win through combat. The deck is fast, redundant in its tribal synergies, and capable of explosive combo turns.
