Deck overview

This Boros typal aggro deck harnesses Shadowfax, Lord of Horses to deliver aggressive Horse and Mount assaults. Shadowfax grants global haste to your equine roster and lets you put creatures directly from your hand onto the battlefield tapped and attacking whenever it charges into combat. The deck scales this combat engine by pairing wide typal anthems and copy engines like Thurid, Mare of Destiny, Roaming Throne, and Windcrag Siege with formidable board-pumpers like Crested Sunmare. You close out games by overwhelming opponents through explosive combat bursts, amplified attack triggers, and extra-combat sorceries like Relentless Assault and Great Train Heist.
