This is a Grixis discard-and-reanimator deck helmed by Kefka, Court Mage. The primary game plan is to force discards through wheels and targeted effects, fueling Kefka's ETB/attack trigger to draw cards, while generating value from Waste Not, Monument to Endurance, and Geth's Grimoire. The graveyard is then exploited with a dense reanimation package to deploy high-impact threats like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Archon of Cruelty, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater. Secondary win conditions include the Notion Thief + wheel combo to deck opponents or draw into a finisher, and Tergrid, God of Fright to steal permanents.
