Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue Voltron and spellslinger tempo build centered on Ruric Thar, Biomagus. The commander features flying and two instances of prowess, allowing noncreature spells to rapidly escalate its power and toughness. The primary game plan focuses on deploying high-impact equipment and auras such as Excalibur, Sword of Eden, Blackblade Reforged, Grafted Exoskeleton, and Eldrazi Conscription to turn Ruric Thar into a lethal flying threat by Turn 6.
