Deck overview

Lathril, Blade of the Elves leads a Golgari Elfball strategy focused on aggressive mana acceleration, wide token generation, and versatile finishing lines. The early game establishes explosive mana through scaling dorks like Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid. Lathril converts combat damage into an army of Elf Warrior tokens, rapidly scaling board presence. The deck closes games through explosive overrun combat steps via Craterhoof Behemoth, Ezuri, Renegade Leader, and Overwhelming Stampede, or bypasses blockers entirely using Shaman of the Pack and Lathril's activated ability to drain opponents for ten life at a time.
