Deck overview

This mono-blue deck pairs April O'Neil, Live on the Scene and Donatello, the Brains to generate immense artifact token value through Clues, Mutagens, and combat synergies. Donatello augments every token creation event by adding a Mutagen token, accelerating total artifact counts while distributing +1/+1 counters to strengthen your board. April converts Turtle, Ninja, and Mutant entries into Clue tokens, providing steady card draw and mana scaling alongside Five Hundred Year Diary. The deck maintains control using efficient counterspells, spot transformation auras, and combat deterrents like Propaganda. Once a dense board of noncreature artifacts is established, the deck pivots to victory by overloading Rise and Shine to animate tokens into an army of 4/4 beaters, resolving Mechanized Production on an abundant token type, or executing an asymmetric sweep with Wave Goodbye to clear opposing blockers.
