Deck overview

Rocco, Street Chef is the engine of a cast-from-exile value deck. Rocco rewards every play from exile with a +1/+1 counter and a Food token; the deck adds self-exiling draw engines, token doublers, and exile payoffs that convert that steady trickle into board presence and burn. The primary path is to bury opponents in Food/counters and close with Crackle with Power, Nico Minoru/Nalfeshnee triggers, or an overrun-style combat with a huge Rocco and support creatures. There is no infinite combo; the plan is to build a critical mass of castable exiled spells and mana from Treasures/Food. Birgi/Harnfel and Bonehoard Dracosaur are key lieutenants. No hidden commander sits under Rocco; the deck is built around his exile trigger.
