Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrats strategy commanded by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The game plan revolves around deploying resilient, recursive Zombie creatures in the early turns, establishing tribal lords or sacrifice engines, and casting Gisa to exponentially multiply board power. By sacrificing medium-to-large creatures, Gisa floods the battlefield with 2/2 Zombie tokens that fuel oppressive attrition engines such as Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos, and Noxious Ghoul. While the deck lacks fast combo lines or search tutors, it generates compounding card advantage through Undead Augur, Cryptbreaker, and Graveborn Muse. Victory is achieved by overwhelming opponents through wide combat attacks buffed by lords like Undead Warchief and Death Baron, or through catastrophic life-drain bursts using Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Vengeful Dead.
