Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler leads a UW group-draw control deck that wins by turning shared card draw into damage or deck-out. Kwain taps to let each player draw, fueling payoffs like Psychosis Crawler, Scrawling Crawler, Iron Maiden and Ebony Owl Netsuke, and enabling Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Approach of the Second Sun provides a clean alternate win. The deck layers stax and pillow-fort pieces - Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Silent Arbiter, Overburden, Aether Barrier - while burying opponents in Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Temple Bell, Folio of Fancies and Forced Fruition. Smothering Tithe, Rhystic Study and Consecrated Sphinx convert the draw into mana and cards.
