Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Polymorph strategy helmed by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan focuses on utilizing efficient 1-to-3 mana token generators such as Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Staff of the Storyteller alongside dense 2-CMC mana ramp. On Turn 4, the deck casts Jace and immediately uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token and cheat a massive creature or planeswalker directly onto the battlefield. The creature suite consists entirely of game-ending threats, including Archon of Cruelty, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, and Astral Dragon. In addition to standard combat pressure, the deck includes a compact infinite combo between Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror that creates infinite hasty Dragon tokens. Supported by efficient spot removal, versatile protection spells, and Jace's inherent combat tax, the deck controls the tempo of the game before closing out the table around Turn 6.
