Black Cat, Cunning Thief is a repeatable exile-and-cast value engine, but the deck is not built around racing; it wins by drowning the table in tokens, sacrifice triggers, and drain effects. Syr Konrad, the Grim, acts as the closest thing to a hidden commander, turning every death and mill into damage. Ramp from Cabal Coffers, Black Market, and artifact mana lets the deck cast expensive spells like Army of the Damned and The Walls of Ba Sing Se.
