Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Aristocrats combo deck commanded by Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver. Its primary plan is to generate continuous value through Zombie sacrifice engines, translate that board presence into card advantage, and assemble an infinite loop to drain the table. The primary win condition utilizes Gravecrawler alongside a free sacrifice outlet like Phyrexian Altar and a drain payoff such as Diregraf Captain or Blood Artist. Wilhelt provides built-in redundancy by creating decayed Zombie tokens whenever nontoken Zombies die, ensuring sacrifice fodder is rarely exhausted. Supported by compact black tutors, low-cost artifact acceleration, and efficient blue countermagic, the deck can protect its setup while disrupting faster opposing threats. When interrupted, a suite of low-cost reanimation spells allows it to recover core pieces quickly from the graveyard and reattempt the combo.
