Deck overview

This Naya Commander deck utilizes Dargo, the Shipwrecker alongside Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa to field a high-velocity cEDH combo strategy. The deck leverages Dargo's unique cost-reduction mechanic: because Dargo reduces his own cost by {2} for each permanent sacrificed this turn, sacrificing Dargo to an outlet offsets commander tax completely. When paired with a red mana producer upon cast or entry—such as Birgi, God of Storytelling, Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea, or Earthcraft—and a free sacrifice outlet like Goblin Bombardment or Altar of Dementia, the deck loops Dargo infinitely. This loop produces unbounded damage or mills the entire table on Turn 2 to 3. Sidar Kondo provides access to Green for creature tutors and fast mana dorks, and White for premier protection spells like Silence, Orim's Chant, and Jennifer Walters. While extraordinarily fast and resilient to countermagic, the deck is heavily reliant on Dargo and vulnerable to resolved creature stax pieces.
