Deck overview

Ovika, Enigma Goliath is the engine and finisher: the deck ramps to her, then converts every noncreature spell into hasty Phyrexian Goblins. The primary line is a spellslinger-token hybrid-chain high-mana instants and sorceries with Battle Hymn, Big Score, and free-cast effects to make a critical mass of goblins, then close on one combat with Shared Animosity, Gratuitous Violence, or Ferocity of the Wilds. Secondary paths are spell-copy recursion (Kitsa, Pyromancer's Goggles, Mizzix's Mastery) and incidental ETB burn from Impact Tremors and Witty Roastmaster. There is no hidden commander; the double-faced Ral is a support spell, and the deck is built to use his front-face discount rather than his back-face planeswalker mode.
