Commander: Ares, God of War

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Ares, God of War pilots a Rakdos extra-combat combo deck. The primary plan is to assemble Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with Combat Celebrant, Port Razer, or Zealous Conscripts and loop either unlimited combats or unlimited hasty tokens. A secondary package cheats and reanimates large attackers such as Etali and Bloodthirster, while Ares acts as a must-attack beater who returns any attacker that dies in combat to hand, turning sacrifice outlets into repeatable value. There is no hidden commander; the named legends are support. The deck is built to win in one explosive turn, with many tutors, rituals, and treasure sources, but its compact lines share Kiki-Jiki or Helm of the Host as a choke point and rely on single-turn execution.
