Deck overview

The Wise Mothman commands a versatile Sultai deck combining mill-driven attrition, counter distribution, and compact infinite combo lines. The primary strategy leverages Food Chain alongside Eternal Scourge or Misthollow Griffin to generate infinite creature mana. By recasting The Wise Mothman from the command zone an arbitrary number of times, the pilot applies infinite rad counters to all players, causing opponents to mill their entire libraries and take lethal damage on their following precombat main phases. The deck also supports compact backup win conditions, including Mindcrank combined with Bloodchief Ascension or Duskmantle Guildmage, as well as Bruvac the Grandiloquent paired with kicked Maddening Cacophony. A formidable interaction package featuring Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Deadly Rollick, and Heroic Intervention defends combo execution, while asymmetric sweepers like Wave Goodbye and Nuclear Fallout clear opposing boards. Graveyard recursion tools ensure resilient recovery across long games.
