Commander: Abomination of Llanowar

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Golgari Elf-tribal deck helmed by Abomination of Llanowar, a commander whose power and toughness scale with every Elf on the battlefield and in the graveyard. The primary plan is to go wide with cheap Elf dorks and token generators, then close the game through a combination of a massive commander swing, table-wide drain effects, and an overrun-style finisher. The deck leans heavily on token production from Elvish Warmaster, Imperious Perfect, Lys Alana Huntmaster, and Wolverine Riders, converting that swarm into life loss via Shaman of the Pack, Ayara, First of Locthwain, Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, and Poison-Tip Archer. A solid recursion package - Patriarch's Bidding, Haunting Voyage, Elderfang Ritualist, and Masked Admirers - lets the board rebuild after wipes. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through incremental drain and combat inevitability.
