Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Grand Unifier

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Atraxa, Grand Unifier leads a five-color midrange deck that aims to accrue card advantage from its enter trigger, then bury opponents under large legendary creatures and life-gain synergies. The deck has two main engines: casting Atraxa to tutor up to eight cards by type, and a lifegain payoff package that includes Defiant Bloodlord, Drogskol Reaver, and Ageless Entity. Secondary paths include draining with Debt to the Deathless or Professor Dellian Fel's emblem, and using Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to fling large creatures. The deck is commander-centric for card advantage but has enough independent beats and interaction to function if Atraxa is answered, though slower.
